Market leading development and manufacturing organisation producing complex products are looking for a Production Manager to take ownership of one of their key manufacturing areas.

As a Production Manager you will manage the operations team and implement continuous improvement. You will have overall responsibility for your own area, coordinate and facilitate daily operations to provide adequate resources and ongoing work direction, and act as a change agent to drive out waste through lean principles and continuous improvement opportunities.
