CONTRACT OVERSIGHT SPECIALIST

Summary You will serve as a CONTRACT OVERSIGHT SPECIALIST in the Fuel Division of NAVSTA GTMO, Guantanamo Bay, Cuba. Responsibilities You will provide contract oversight and surveillance, monitoring services and determining acceptable levels of work. You will determine the causes when the contract is not progressing as expected and makes recommendations to the Fuels officer/Contracting Officers representative (COR) for corrective action and/or preventive measures. You will be responsible for bringing to the attention of the Fuels Officer and other necessary personnel, including the functional area for whom the work is being performed. You will be responsible to ensure that the Government's need are clearly and precisely identified and are deemed contractible by the COR.
