Core responsibilities:
- Partner with company stakeholders to gather information and approvals necessary for legal matters.
- Field and respond to inquiries from a variety of our teams regarding legal contractual processes.
- Draft, negotiate, and revise agreements under the supervision of management and external general counsel.
- Review, draft, and provide general legal counsel on corporate policies.
- Provide guidance and recommendations to business partners on appropriate current and pending agreement negotiations.
- Support the implementation of a contracting best practices playbook in collaboration with other Legal team members.
- Collaborate with the global legal team to develop and implement best practices and policies.
Qualifications:
- 4-7 years of relevant legal experience as a practicing attorney (prior in-house experience preferred)
