Contract Manager

The role of the Contract Manager will be responsible for facilitating contracting including active contract review, analysis, redlining, negotiation. It will be key for this individual to manage collaboration across multiple locations with cross-functional stakeholders, including Legal, Global Process Owners, and other important cross-functional teams. It will also be key for this individual to manage and handle escalations in the contracting process.

Responsibilities

• Leading negotiation of supplier Master Service Agreements (MSAs), NDAs, amendments to the MSA and other legal related contracts, while balancing business objectives with legal and risk requirements.
• Reviewing and redlining contractual terms related to liability, indemnification, insurance, intellectual property, confidentiality, data privacy, information security, termination rights, and other key risk areas in accordance with LSI standards.
