Job Description
Join our client as a Finance Manager – Funds for a 21-month contract. This role centers on fund administration and financial reporting, engaging directly with investment teams.
You will oversee the administration and reporting for the fund’s operations, collaborating closely with senior finance staff. Your responsibilities will include preparing financial reporting packages, coordinating audits, and ensuring tax compliance while implementing process improvements. Support projects related to fund reporting and investor relations as necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct overall fund administration and investor communication
• Prepare quarterly financial reports in compliance with ASPE
• Collaborate on investment valuations and audits
• Plan and execute annual audit processes
• Assist with tax planning and compliance efforts
Requirements:
• CPA designation is essential
• Proficient in MS Office and advanced Excel
• Experience with Investran is a plus
