CONTRACT Export Control Attorney

Our client, a global Fortune50 technology company, is seeking a CONTRACT Export Control Attorney to support its Global Trade Compliance legal team on a full-time, 12-month contract. This attorney will serve as a trusted advisor on complex U.S. export control matters, partnering closely with hardware engineering, product, and supply chain teams to ensure compliance throughout the product lifecycle. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in the Export Administration Regulations (EAR), export classifications, licensing, and counseling on dual-use hardware and emerging technologies in a fast-paced, innovative, and global environment. This position is fully remote within the continental United States or may be based from an approved U.S. office location.
