Contract Engineering Program Manager - HVAC Product Launch

Carrier Global Corporation is seeking an experienced Project Manager for engineering and new product development in Malaysia. You will lead programs from planning through commercialization, maintain schedules and risk registers, and coordinate across multiple functions to ensure on-time product launches.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering and at least five years in engineering project or program management, with preference for HVAC hardware (AHU/FCU).
