Location: Novena

Salary: Up to $5,000/month

Contract: 3-Month Contract to Permanent Conversion

• Manage facilities projects and addition & alteration works
• Coordinate contractors and vendors to ensure project completion within timeline
• Prepare reports, presentations, and budget justifications
• Track maintenance schedules and service contracts
• Support daily facilities operations and project activities

• Diploma or Degree in relevant discipline
• 4–5 years of experience in M&E or Building Services
• Knowledge in Mechanical & Electrical systems, Air Conditioning, and Blueprint Reading
• Experience in budgeting and project coordination preferred
