Contract, Bid, and Proposal Management Senior Professional

The Contract, Bid & Proposal Management Senior Professional is responsible for leading end-to-end bid, proposal and contract management activities for medium to highly complex projects for Operating Unit (OU) – AE & Oversight Countries. The role develops winning bid strategies, manages cross-functional proposal teams, leads commercial and contractual risk assessments, negotiates commercial terms, and ensures compliant, competitive and profitable tender submissions.

How you’ll make an impact

• Lead and coordinate technical, commercial and contractual proposals.
• Analyze customer technical and commercial requirements, evaluate solution alternatives, and define the appropriate products, systems, applications, and execution concepts to develop optimized and competitive bid solutions.
• Own the complete bid process from opportunity qualification through contract award.
