Contract Assurance Executive

This role resides under MISC Marine (the Integrated Marine Services arm of MISC Group).

Key Accountabilities

1. Contract Assurance & Review

• Conduct first-level review of project-related agreements from the Technical Services perspective to ensure contractual provisions adequately reflect project execution, engineering, operational, warranty, and service delivery requirements.
• Review agreements including: Supervision Service Agreements (SSA), Local Contract Staff Agreements, Agency Agreements, Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA), Memoranda of Understanding (MoU), Settlement Agreements and other project-related technical and service contracts.
• Identify contractual risks, inconsistencies, omissions, and opportunities for improvement, and prepare recommendations for the Manager’s review.
