Job Description

Location: Calgary or Edmonton

High Level Description

This role supports team by completing routine, standardized tasks and maintaining accurate records, while developing foundational knowledge of supply chain contracting processes and systems.

Provides administrative and operational support to the SCM Contracts Center team.

Drafting of complex agreements.

Drafting of amendments.


Specific Accountabilities

Prepare, format, and assemble agreements including Service Agreements, Form Construction Agreements, Engineering Service Agreements, and Consulting Service Agreements based on Enbridge’s Authorized Contract Templates.

Support document routing for internal reviews, approvals, and execution.
Assist with Contracts Center Request (CCR) intake, including logging requests, checking submissions for completeness, and reporting on metrics/KPIs
