Responsibilities

  • Contract maintenance – Responsible for producing contracts for new customers and amending contracts for customer renewals for service and maintenance contracts

  • Administration – Raising purchase orders on the system and setting up billing actions

  • Project support – Supporting a team of consultants with all project tasks, ensuring their expenses are processed in a timely manner

  • Invoice Support – Raising invoices to clients for payments.
