Job Description
Cassels is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist for a 6-month contract in Toronto to ensure financial accuracy and support various accounts payable processes.
Reporting to the Accounts Payable Supervisor, this role requires 3 to 5+ years of experience, particularly from candidates familiar with law firm environments. You will be responsible for reviewing invoices in Chrome River, performing account reconciliations, and maintaining data accuracy. Your analytical skills will be crucial for tackling inquiries and improving A/P processes while ensuring compliance with firm policies.
