• This role is suited to someone who is passionate about Continuous Improvement, enjoys spending time at the Gemba, and values the knowledge and experience within teams.
• You’ll be well suited to this role if you enjoy taking a hands‑on approach, working closely with others to create better outcomes for members, and bringing a collaborative, people‑centred approach to improvement
• It requires patience, flexibility, and the ability to bring people along on the Continuous Improvement journey, building understanding, engagement, and shared ownership along the way.
