Job Description
Reporting to the General Manager, The Continuous Improvement (CI) Practitioner will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of the Site CI plan, acting as a PMO for site whilst also supporting the Operational Excellence Strategy. The individual will help to facilitate change activity on site to deliver Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, People benefits encouraging colleague participation.
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hour week.
Key Duties of a Continuous Improvement (CI) Practitioner:
Monitoring and supporting the delivery of the site CI plan working with site teams and Regional CI Manager(s) and broader Projects team; ensuring all site CI activity goes through the appropriate Gateways and sign off.
Responsible for reporting progress, risks, issues and benefits relating to all site based CI and Project activity (Project Management Office, PMO).
