- Make decisions to ensure that the final product meets the most current customer input requirements.
- Leads a multidisciplinary engineering team to design, develop and implement new products that meet customer requirements.
- Authorize and /or justify purchases for the acquisition of equipment, machinery, tools, materials, etc., necessary for the development of new products and/ or models.
- Manage all your staff a burden to carry out their activities in an efficient, effective and at a lower cost, maximizing the budget to meet the objectives set.
- Participates in continuous improvement and advises all departments on technical conflict situations for the resolution of engineering problems.
-Coordinates activities with other departments (Production, Quality, Materials, HumanResources, Maintenance) to ensure that new products are implemented in an effective way, guaranteeing the best quality, manufacturing, operation ...
