Job Description
Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a CI Manager to join their team. As a CI Manager, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strategic thinking, strong facilitation skills, and a data-driven mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.
**What's the Job?**
+ Lead the deployment, execution, and sustainment of Operational Excellence initiatives across the plant.
+ Coach teams, oversee CI workstreams, and drive daily issue resolution to improve safety, quality, delivery, cost, and people development.
+ Facilitate Kaizen events and deploy Lean/CI tools to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
+ Utilize data and Gemba insights to conduct structured loss analysis and teach problem-solving methodologies such as RCA, A3, 5-Why, Fishbone, PDCA, and DMAIC.
