Job Description

Key Tasks
Coach managers/supervisors/team leads and key talents in systematic problem solving (such as 6-sigma techniques) 
Drive continuous improvement for relevant Standard Operating Procedures and help managers/supervisors to establish 
standardized work 
Develop Lean Champions in the Region 
Lead and deploy the Permobil Lean System as the Lean Master in the Region 
Lead and facilitate Kaizen Events with focus on developing PLS proficient team members. 
Lead Strategic Projects such as cross-functional improvement projects, footprint changes etc. 
Lead 6-sigma projects with cross-functional improvement team 
Drive the systems to enable our operational improvements thru well justified and articulated functional needs.
