What You’ll Do

• Drive optimization of Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory, Productivity (Cost) and overall performance by championing DBS and embedding a strong culture of continuous improvement across global Operations sites, using DBS tools such as Daily Management, VSM, 5S, Standard Work, TPM, SMED, TPI, VRK and Lean Conversion.
• Actively participate, facilitate, collaborate and lead, daily, weekly and monthly L3 Operations meetings. Coach and mentor the site team in the use of structured DBS tools to facilitate sustained performance improvements. Coach and provide ongoing support and guidance...
