Support the identification, analysis, and improvement of manufacturing and administrative processes.
Participate in continuous improvement projects using Lean Manufacturing methodologies and tools.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
Analyze data to identify opportunities for process optimization and waste reduction.
Assist in the implementation and follow-up of Kaizen events and continuous improvement initiatives.
Develop and maintain process documentation, work instructions, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency and productivity improvements.
Participate in standardization activities and workflow improvement initiatives within an Engineer-to-Order (ETO) environment.
