Our Team
As a Continuous Improvement Engineer at our VistaPrint manufacturing plant, you will drive technical and process improvements across the facility. Working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment, you will partner with production and engineering teams to analyze current operations, optimize workflows, and implement best practices. You will also keep our machinery running at peak performance, help select new equipment, and support maintenance strategies. We are looking for an adaptable, decisive problem-solver who is driven to deliver real results.
What You Will Do
Lead projects, monitor, evaluate, and improve the production process, support the development of new production processes and resolve existing problems within the current processes.
Inspect, analyse, evaluate, optimise, upgrade and improve a very varied electronic and mechanical machine park.
