Job Description
- Conduct analysis to identify opportunities for improvement in efficiency, quality, and safety.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation.
- Utilize Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Reduce scrap, rework, and downtime.
- Participate in root cause analysis (RCA).
- Knowledge of vision systems and poka-yokes (error-proofing).
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Mechatronics, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering, continuous improvement, or process engineering.
- Technical English / Intermediate-Advanced.
- Process Mapping / Value Stream Mapping (VSM)
- CAD Design (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Inventor, or similar)
