Job Description
Our client is looking for a Web Content Strategist to join their team. This will be a 6+ month contract, with likelihood to convert to FTE.
You must reside in Ottawa, as this will be 2x per week in office.
Responsibilities
- Build web strategies and roadmaps that support the client's digital and customer experience goals.
- Partner with CX to define target-state journeys and digital channel direction.
- Turn strategy into clear, actionable plans with defined success metrics.
- Use research, data, and benchmarking to identify opportunities and best practices.
- Shape data, content, SEO/GEO/AIO, and personalization strategies.
- Ensure accessibility is embedded across content, design, and technology.
- Contribute to quarterly and annual planning with business and tech partners.
