**Key Responsibilities**
+ Oversee the end-to-end process of content generation—including research, structural composition, editing, security filtering, and compliance verification—prior to publication on secure networks.
+ Administer, populate, and optimize standard government Content Management Systems (CMS) and portals (e.g., SharePoint, Intelink) to ensure data is logically organized and easily discoverable.
+ Partner directly with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), military operations planners, intelligence analysts, and technical engineers to turn complex concepts into structured documentation.
+ Enforce rigorous technical writing guidelines, strict operational security (OPSEC) frameworks, and agency-specific style guides to maintain data consistency.
