About the Role
We're looking for a Reels Scriptwriter who can turn tutoring, education, and student-success stories into scroll-stopping short-form content. You'll own the scripting process end-to-end — from hook to punchline — with a clear mandate: grow engagement and impressions across our Instagram presence.
What You'll Do
- Write scripts for 15–60 second Reels (hooks, voiceovers, on-screen text, captions)
- Develop hook variations and A/B test opening lines for retention
- Translate tutor stories, student wins, parent testimonials, and study tips into relatable, native-feeling content
- Stay on top of trending audio, formats, and meme templates — and adapt them to an edtech/tutoring context
- Collaborate with the video/design team to ensure scripts translate well visually
