Content Manager (Remote) - Real Estate

We are looking for a Content Manager who will be responsible for building, managing, and systemising content across all our client communication channels. The main goal of this role is to create a structured, automated, and effective content ecosystem that supports marketing, sales, and client engagement.

Responsibilities

Social Media Content (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube)

• Create content briefs (TOR) for designers and video editors
• Write video scripts
• Prepare captions and post descriptions
• Ensure consistency and quality across all platforms

Email Marketing

• Develop content briefs (TOR)
• Write email sequences
• Handle full email copywriting for campaigns and funnels

WhatsApp Campaigns

• Write message scripts
• Build automation flows
• Create follow-up sequences
