Contact Center Executive - German - Hbx Group (Badajoz)

Job Summary

We are looking for a Client Operations Executive to join our Customer Relationship Center. In this role, you will support our clients to achieve one of our main objectives: Delivering unique holidays to our customers. Candidates must be based in Mallorca.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service.
• Attend clients’ queries via phone and email, being proactive, courteous, and helpful.
• Ensure all requests, issues and complaints are resolved promptly and accurately per policies and guidelines.
• Promote goodwill when dealing with clients and internal teams to maintain strong relationships and client loyalty.
• Identify and suggest improvement opportunities during daily work.
• Negotiate appropriate compensation, refunds and solutions.

Position Requirements

• Fluency in English and German (written and spoken).
• Spanish language knowledge is an advantage.
