Consulting Manager, Transformation and Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A)

Mercer is seeking a Consulting Manager, Transformation and Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) to join our team in Singapore. Our Human Capital consultants help clients design the future of work through business transformation, operating model redesign, organizational change, and M&A advisory. This role will support clients in evaluating the human capital implications of large-scale transformation initiatives and M&A transactions, helping organizations manage complexity, accelerate value capture, and deliver sustainable change.

The successful candidate will bring experience across both transformation and M&A, with the ability to advise clients on organization design, HR strategy, change management, culture, workforce implications, and integration or separation planning.
