Consultant Profile Requirements
Minimum of 12 years of experience in organization development consulting.
Proven expertise in the following areas:
Value Chain Assessment- Map the organization’s value chain across core support and enabling functions.
- Identify inefficiencies, duplication, or misalignment.
- Benchmark against internal and external best practices.
- Recommend enhancements to improve value chain performance and alignment.
