Job Description
The McDonald’s Switzerland IT Operations Team is responsible for the deployment and operation of restaurant and corporate technology across Switzerland. Our scope includes point‑of‑sale systems, back‑office applications, digital solutions, and highly available infrastructure supporting restaurant operations. We are looking for a Technology Consultant to strengthen our restaurant‑focused operations. This role acts as a key bridge between restaurant operations, external support partners, and internal IT teams, ensuring reliable technology performance across the estate. This is not a pure technical role, but requires a strong operational mindset, a good foundation in IT, and a high willingness to learn and grow in a fast‑evolving environment.
