Drive project success as a Home Consultant with Saskatoon Co-op. This role involves providing expert estimates and supporting customers throughout their purchasing journey.
In this position, you'll be reporting directly to the Project Centre Manager, contributing to both customer satisfaction and profitability. Your responsibilities include managing special orders, ensuring accurate billing, and remaining vigilant against unauthorized removal of merchandise. Strong organizational skills will help you succeed in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver accurate estimates for various customer projects
• Handle special orders efficiently with suppliers
• Ensure accurate billing for all sold merchandise
• Manage customer accounts alongside Contractor Sales Representatives
• Assist on the sales floor and maintain reports as needed
