Location Candidate must be based out or willing to relocate to Fredericton, New Brunswick as this is a Hybrid position. It is Hybrid working 3 to 5 days from office in Fredricton.
What You Will Do People Operations & Employee Support
Act as an Advisor to employees, and resolve employee queries and provide guidance on HR policies, programs, and processes
Support day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, transfers, and employee documentation
Conduct regular 1:1 employee connects to understand employee sentiment, gather feedback, address concerns, and stay closely aligned with team pulse and engagement levels
Ensure HR records, trackers, and systems are maintained accurately and updated in a timely manner
Coordinate with HR Operations and relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of People & Culture initiativ...
