About the role
In the role of Cartographer, you will provide authoritative, timely, high quality cartographic and Geographic Information System (GIS) products in a range of formats our client, stakeholders and the public. Using best practice, you will manage and maintain the state-wide spatial database and engage in statewide systems to support the protection of Queensland’s waterways and the people that use them. You will also be tasked with assisting in updating and managing the Spatial Services ArcGIS Online web maps to ensure they will comply with ESRI guidelines, prior to ArcGIS Web AppBuilder in ArcGIS Online Retirement in Q2 2027.
