Construction Worker

Role Description

This is a full‑time, on‑site Construction Worker role based in Stourbridge. The Construction Worker will support a variety of building projects, including new builds, refurbishments, and extensions, following site plans and instructions from supervisors. Daily tasks may include preparing and cleaning work areas, loading and unloading materials, assisting with masonry, flooring, and structural work, and operating basic tools and equipment safely. The role involves working as part of a site team, adhering to health and safety standards, and maintaining a tidy, organized work environment. The Construction Worker will also help with measurements, basic site documentation, and coordination with subcontractors and other trades as needed.
