This position requires 100% traveling availability, It will be site-based according to open construction projects.

Lead Supervisor Group in VAME CPX. Technical Proficiency and Subject Matter Experts for Installation and Commissioning of Vestas Wind Turbines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operations of CPX Site Execution.
• The right hand of the Construction Manager.
• Plan all day to day work for technicians and manage all site activities from first component delivery to last turbine handed over to Service.
• Mentor/Train/Coach site personnel

Qualifications

• Technician Tech III Level (or comparable)
• Worked on and/or learned turbine installation on a Vestas Construction Project
• Performed Mechanical Walkdowns
• Ran a Turbine Commissioning Crew
