Construction Supervisor - Dash Group

We are seeking a Leading Hand for a contract role in Bundaberg. This role will be full-time for the duration of the build (projected to be 8 months). We are looking for someone who is capable of taking ownership and leading from the front. You could be an experienced Leading Hand, or someone with lots of site experience who is looking for a new opportunity. 

Duties:

• Supervise a small team of workers and subcontractors on a daily basis.
• Coordinate daily work targets and ensure tasks are completed on schedule and to high-quality standards.
• Identify issues before they become problems and generally help keep the project moving.
• Perform physical, hands-on construction duties as required.
• Act as the communication bridge between site management and the crew
• Keep on top of site presentation

   
About You:
 

• Valid White Card (General Construction Induction).
