Essential Functions:Oversees all construction project activities, coordinates with all construction trade supervisors and leaders to administer good construction safety practices while on-site.Ensures construction trades understand their scope and code requirements.Understands and ensures adherence to construction project plans, specifications, budget, and schedule.Creates phase and final project punch list. Ensures completion within the project schedule.Prepares construction management plan (CMP), and 3 weeks look ahead in adherence to the project flow and overall project schedule.Ensures projects adhere to pre-established construction schedule; maintains a 3 week look ahead schedule to identify and resolve conflicts as they arise to help ensure deadlines are met.Reviews, investigates, and provides updates on long lead time material orders ensuring unin...
