Construction Superintendent (Commercial Contractor)

• Responsibilities • Promote company safety culture and enforce company safety plans and required safety regulations • Review and understand contract documents • Responsible for managing the general requirements of the project on site • Assist preconstruction and management team with constructability reviews, planning, scheduling, and other front-end requirements • Develop and oversee project planning, phasing, staging and logistics plans • Oversee building and site security measures • Assist with the development, implementation, enforcement and updating for the project schedule • Provide and maintain all site documentation on site (daily logs, site records, pics, manpower, material usage, regulatory records, etc.) • Implement and enforce the company’s QAQC plan on site • Promote all requirements for company b...
