Job Description
We are seeking Spotters to observe low voltage technicians while they work from or operate lifts and to assist with other jobsite tasks as needed. This role is a great fit for someone dependable, safety focused, and comfortable working outdoors on active construction sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Observe technicians operating or working from lifts to ensure safe conditions
- Watch for overhead hazards, obstacles, and pedestrian or vehicle traffic
- Communicate clearly with lift operators and jobsite personnel
- Assist with other general labor tasks as assigned
- Follow all jobsite safety protocols and procedures
- Maintain consistent, reliable attendance
