Skillforce Recruitment are seeking experienced Construction Site Supervisors for Long Term Employment with our Valued Client 

Key Responsibilities
 

• Manage and coordinate all trades and subcontractors on site
• Liaise with the Project Manager to meet budget, schedule, and quality targets
• Plan, monitor, and control project activities from start to completion
• Engage subcontractors and labour with a focus on value, compliance, and safety
• Coordinate and oversee all material deliveries
• Ensure compliance with relevant Acts, Regulations, and local laws
• Lead site safety culture, including JSAs, SWMS, inductions, and toolbox meetings
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Mentor and lead your team by example
