Job Description
Lead construction projects as a Site Superintendent across British Columbia and Alberta. Ensure timely, budget-friendly project completion while upholding safety and quality standards.
In this role, you will oversee all on-site activities during various project phases. A key leader coordinating subcontractors and managing schedules, your strong knowledge of safety regulations and construction processes will ensure compliance with all required standards. You will serve as the primary communication link between field operations and project management, addressing challenges efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead project delivery from pre-construction to completion
• Coordinate construction workers and subcontractor activities
• Conduct daily toolbox meetings focusing on safety
• Manage site inspections to monitor project progress
• Resolve on-site construction issues quickly and effectively
Requirements:
• Degree in Construction Management or related field
