Construction Site Manager / Site Supervisor

Forssa Engineering constructs large steel storage tanks for industrial needs. You will be responsible for managing the project site, supervising work, and ensuring smooth progress of the overall project. The work includes travel within Finland and the Nordic countries, with project durations ranging from one month to several years. On overseas sites the job is performed in periods (e.g., 2–5 weeks on site, followed by a break in Finland).

Responsibilities

• Daily management and supervision of the construction site
• Ensuring project progress, quality, and safety
• Supervision of materials and additional work
• Approval of invoices, managing budget and financial responsibility
• Guiding workers and collaborating with project management and clients
