Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled and practical construction site manager for a permanent position in the Jyväskylä area for our client. The recruitment is direct, so the selected person will be employed directly by the client. You will oversee daily site operations, monitor schedules, and ensure safe and high‑quality project delivery. The primary responsibility is to keep projects on track and facilitate smooth collaboration among all stakeholders.

The sites are mainly located in Jyväskylä and Central Finland, offering long‑term employment in a stable organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Daily management and supervision of the construction site.
• Coordination of subcontractors and own personnel.
• Monitoring schedules, costs, and quality.
• Ensuring and improving safety at work.
• Collaborating with clients, designers, and other stakeholders.
• Documenting and reporting to project management.
