Construction Site Coordinator (Vancouver)

Construction Coordinator - Rebar Specific

Duties:

• Coordinate and oversee construction projects
• Collaborate with project coordinators, architects, subcontractors, and the yard for rebar production to ensure project schedules are met
• Review and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans
• Utilize construction management software such as Soule, Shear 97, or AutoCad to track project progress and manage documentation
• Monitor project timelines and ensure adherence to deadlines
• Conduct regular site visits to inspect work quality and address any issues or concerns
• Communicate effectively with all clients, contractors, and team members
• Ability to travel and work on site and in the office
