Job Description
- Develop detailed construction project schedules using scheduling software (e.g., Primavera P6, Microsoft Project).
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to gather input for schedule development.
- Monitor project progress and update schedules to reflect changes, delays, or adjustments in scope.
- Identify potential scheduling conflicts or delays and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Track resource allocation, including labor, equipment, and materials, to ensure alignment with project timelines.
- Analyze project schedules to identify opportunities for optimization and efficiency.
- Generate and present progress reports, including Gantt charts and critical path analyses, to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure schedules align with project budgets and milestones.
