Job Description
ERM is hiring a Construction Safety Specialist to support day-to-day construction field verification activities in Santa Teresa, NM. The Specialist will spend most of their time in the field observing work, verifying that contractor activities align with project safety requirements, identifying hazards, and strengthening safe work practices across all trade partners. Experience in data center construction is a plus but not required. A strong working knowledge of LOTO (Lockout/Tagout) and electrical safety is essential. This is a full-time (40+ hours a week), limited-term role for approximately 6 months, with the possibility of extension.
