Construction Rodbuster - Per Diem

DIRECT HIRE:

•  A great opportunity for an experienced Rodbuster to join a team in the Abilene, TX. area.  📍 Working Location: Abilene, TX.  💰 Pay Range: $22hr (also $125 a day Per Diem) 🕒 Base hours/Schedule: M - F, 8am - 5pm, +OT (50+ hours per week) Benefits: Medical, Dental Insurance, 401K, PTO Responsibilities:  Positioning & Securing: Placing and tying together steel bars, rods, cables, or mesh within concrete forms using pliers, wire, and specialized fasteners Cutting & Bending: Using tools like shears, hacksaws, and acetylene torches to shape rebar according to specifications Blueprints Interpretation: Reading blueprints, sketches, or verbal instructions to determine the layout, size, and quantity of rebar needed Setting Support: Installing chairs or blocks to hold the rebar at the correct height before concrete is poured Safety Compliance: Adhering to strict safety protocols, including wearing personal p...
