Job Description
The Superintendent oversees 3-4 residential construction projects simultaneously, utilizing Tectonic systems within BuilderTrend (geographically clustered where possible to optimize site-time over drive-time).
Project Planning
Develop execution plans and to-do lists for Tectonic field team and trades.
Update and manage project schedules within Buildertrend daily.
Proactively plan and manage field team labor to stay on budget.
Production Management
Jobsite Management
Be a leader and a coach to all those working on your job sites, while taking “Extreme Ownership” over the project's success and challenges.
Absolute Site Control: Enforce Tectonic’s three non-negotiable rules at all times: uncompromising safety, rigorous organization, and daily cleanliness.
Create management plans and signage for safety, parking, access, trade partners, communication, jobsite security, and expectations.
