About the Role

The Construction Project Manager (CPM) is responsible for ensuring the end-to-end execution of remodels and new builds for QSR locations across Canada. This includes delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest industry standards while leveraging technology to enhance efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end execution of remodel and new build projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery through collaboration with Clients, Subtrades, Architects, Vendors, and Internal Teams.
• Leverage digital project management tools to track project progress, manage schedules, and monitor procurement workflows.
• Work cross-functionally with Site Team, Finance, and Operations teams to ensure alignment and seamless project execution.
