Memramcook, NBWe’re partnering with a well-established mechanical contractor specializing in large-scale commercial HVAC and ventilation projects across Atlantic Canada. Known for delivering high-quality work in healthcare, retail, institutional, and recreational sectors, they’re continuing to grow and are looking to add a Construction Project Manager to their team.What you’ll be doing:

Manage the full lifecycle of commercial construction projects 

Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams 

Develop and maintain project schedules and manpower plans 

Review drawings, specifications, and project scope 

Handle RFIs, change orders, and site instructions 

Track project costs and prepare monthly reports and billings 

Support commissioning and ensure successful project delivery 

Lead site meetings and promote a strong safety culture
